1. Develop packaging design for your product.

 

Our own Design Studio at your request will execute a full list of works, from design concept development to finished camera-ready packaging of your product.  While performing packaging design development our specialists take account of all the technological requirements and specifics of packaging production process. Our Design Studio is equipped with the modern professional hardware.

 

2.Select or manufacture packaging material for your product.  

 

Our technologists will select the best material or combination of materials for packing your product that meets the appearance and safekeeping requirements.Synthetic sausage and paste casings of “Biolon” trademark are well-known all over Russia and abroad and are successfully used by meat processing plants.Our own extrusion facilities allow the manufacturing of sausage casing to be compliant with the needs and wishes of individual consumers.

 

3. Make the packaging of your products easily recognizable by the consumer. 

 

Skilfully elaborated packaging design of your product we will replicate with our hardware using a full-color flexographic printing technology combined with the application of “individual” mix colors that will add identity and recognizability to the products.

 

4.Make the packaging of your product economically sound.

 

Pre-shirred sausage casing can significantly increase the efficiency of sausage production by reducing the time for refilling clipping machines. Steeping of the shirred casings is realized more adequately and evenly. Manufactured to your order packaging products we can store in our warehouse and deliver at your first request in the shortest possible time.

 

5. We will help you if you have the printing equipment and would like to perform the printing operations on your own.

 

We will make the prepress at your request and produce photopolymer printing forms for you.
